We've been discussing how things are going at the moment regarding Twilight.
I think our main concern is that we're trying to move things too quickly and that we're trying to crowbar people into the game too quickly without giving you enough information to play your characters properly.
As well as the background, we also want to make sure that the rules are working before we go whole hog. Last thing you need is to be changing rules every other game session
I think the last couple of "practice sessions" have shown us that in order to actually play your characters with confidence we need to give you more information on the game world and how your characters fit into it
So we want to spend more time developing the game world to make it more immersive and better get to grips with, and also we want to make sure the rules are up to scratch. At the moment they're a little too "experimental"
So the end result is........
We've decided that for the next few months we're going to cut back on the number of Twilight games to one each month whilst we develop the game more. We've got plot kinda worked out for the next few games, which will introduce the Enlightened and Re-Animates into the game.
So we're going to run games on the first Tuesday of each month as per usual. For the 3rd Tuesday of each month, we're going to continue to head down to the Caroline of Brunswick but more for a social thing, to get ideas from you guys about what you'd like to see and what we're doing right.
We'd also appreciate your contributions to the game world as well. Whilst we've got an overall vision on how we want to build it, theres plenty of scope for development and its much easier for you lot to understand it and get involved in it if you helped write it
