Semi Unilateral decision. 
It is clear that we really need to ratchet Twilight up a bit.
So here is the plan. From the next game, no messing about we will be in full flow.
So on this basis, I am happy for you to submit character concepts and actual characters to me.
Points for consideration -
1) Only Lumen
2) Only from the current races roster - Fae, Vampires, Were's, Celestials & Spirits.
3) Everyone who has played in the tester games gets 10xp per session played. These xp cannot be spent until after the game on the 18th September(basically it is an admin thing)
4) We will be introducting Enlightened in game, probably near the end of the year. At this time we will allow players to submit Enlightened character concepts. At this time we will also accept Atrum concepts & other concepts.
5) Anyone who chooses to play an Enlightened or Atrum at this time will be granted an xp pot, in order to allow the character to be on the same sort of level as the established characters.This pot will be based up the number of game sessions that they have played their template. NB this pot will not apply to 'other' concepts.
6) Anyone who really wants to play an enlightened or atrum, and does not want to continue to play the templates, will be given an NPC role to keep them ticking over.
7) The character generation rules in the posted version of Twilight are mainly correct. We are planning to add some more merits & flaws. In the interest of fairness, we are happy for players to modify character merits & flaws once the definative list is produced.
